Booking Conditions

50% deposit of the full treatment price is required upon booking for all treatments. No bookings will be taken without this deposit. We accept debit card, credit card and cash. Please notify us of any vouchers you wish to use at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Please give at least 24 hours notice when cancelling an appointment. Bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will result in a loss of your 50% deposit. This also applies if gift vouchers are the method of payment.
We do offer complimentary reviews for all of our treatments and products, however, should you give less than 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling this booking there will be a fee of £20.
You will receive an automated text the day before your appointment. Please note that this system does not receive a text response as it is a computer generated reminder. No payment will be refunded if you fail to attend or cancel an appointment without 24 hours notice.
Please note that should you arrive late for an appointment, this will result in a reduced time being available for your treatment, however we will try to be as accommodating as possible.

Payment Plans / Promotional Offers

Payment plans are available for our high end treatments over £1000 however please note this will not include any promotional, discounted or special offers whereby full payment is required upfront.


Vouchers will remain valid for one year from the date issued.

Health Conditions

Please inform us, at the time of booking if possible, of any health issues, medical conditions or allergies etc. Please also inform us if you are pregnant as this may affect your treatment.

Children Policy

For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 16 may accompany you while you are having a treatment. We do not have the facilities to care for children and hope you understand that we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise our other client’s experience.
